No Room for Error

In healthcare, user experience isn't just about delight—it's about safety. This project involved designing a backend user interface for nurses and pharmacists to manage medication details that feed directly into hardware pump infusion systems.

The Challenge

When a user interaction has the potential to erroneously administer the wrong medicine or dosage, clarity is paramount. The interface needed to be high-contrast, legible, and structurally rigid to prevent cognitive load errors during high-stress situations.
